Saham ditutup lebih rendah pada hari Kamis, dengan Dow berakhir di bawah ambang batas 40,000, yang dilewati pada awal sesi untuk pertama kalinya dalam sejarah.

Dow Jones Industrial Average turun sekitar 38 poin, atau 0,1%, berakhir di dekat level 39,869, menurut data awal.

Indeks S&P 500 turun 11 poin, atau 0,2%, ditutup mendekati level 5.297.

Indeks Nasdaq Composite kehilangan 44 poin, atau 0,3%, berakhir di sekitar level 16.698.

Ketiga indeks tersebut ditutup pada rekor baru di hari Rabu. (Arl)
